Amber Gilliard of Nicholls, Ga. is a 16-year-old country-pop artist, who has been performing at local fairs, events and churches for family and friends since the age of 3. During 2010 she opened for several acts around South Georgia, including: Lee Brice, Rhett Akins, The River, Shenandoah, Jeff Bates, Lance Stinson, and Kayson Lane.She has also performed at several area concerts including: Concert in Costumes, Country for a Cause, Live at the Wiregrass, Concert and the Cage I and II, Spirit of the Liberty (Patterson, Ga), Blessing of the Fleet (Darien, Ga), Georgia State Fair, Freedomfest 2010 (Douglas, Ga.), Nicholls Founders Day, Old Fashioned Day (Willacoochee, Ga), the Ga/Fla High School Rodeo Finals, Nashville Palace and Center Stage in Nashville, Tn, and along with Blackwater Band at 31st annual Nicholls Founders Day. She has also performed in front of several area elementary schools. In April, 2010 Amber cut a four-track country-pop demo cd at Sonrise Recording and Producion with Coffee County's own Terry Weeks producing. In December 2010 she recorded her new single called "Something I Won't Regret" by Max Mcgee and Rolf Schnyder, at Upper Room Studios by Greg Hobbs.
